An update to how you reach our support team

I wanted to share with you some changes that we will be introducing to improve the way we support you.  

So what’s changing?

When you login to your BIME Analytics account, you will find a new Help widget at the bottom right corner. Through this widget, you’ll be able to do the following:

  • Search for documentation, tips, and best practices to help answer your product questions.
  • Reach our support team faster through the in-product contact form. Your message will be routed to our team, who will respond back to you via email.

 

If you have any open support requests, we will move those conversations to email on March 15th and you will receive a notification.
